Mix Ratio (by volume)	2K Solid Color auto Paint: 100 parts
	Hardener SCC-500 or SCC-600 or SCC-700: 50 parts
	Thinner SCC-601 or SCC-602 or SCC-603: 20~30 parts
Pot life	approx. 6 hours at 25degrees centigrade, (use 2K standard hardener)
Spray gun & air pressure	gravity type 1.2∼1.5 mm,
	suction type 1.4∼1. 6 mm, 4∼5Pa
Spray method	Apply 2-3 coats to get a 45∼60μm-thick dry film using wet to wet sprayup.
Drying Time	8 hours at 25degrees centigrade, air dry needs 3 days to get cured completely , if baking at 80degrees centigrade for 30 minutes or baking at 70degrees centigrade for 45 minutes, then it needs 90 minutes to get cured completely.
Substrate	Remove the oil and grease away from the old paint or original paint. Apply STRACARCOAT middle-coating baking paint and buff it with 600-800-sieve wet sand paper and then blow it dry. Otherwise, any water content left in the pits would affect the quality of the paint.
Shelf life	two years if sealed and kept in a cool and dry place. The top coat ever added with hardener must be used off shortly without keeping for reuse.
